Kirk N. Kirkconnell is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Criminal Trial Advocate and by the Florida Bar as a Criminal Trial Lawyer. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and all state courts of Florida and has been engaged in both civil and criminal trial work in Winter Park since 1972. He represents clients charged in federal and state courts with white collar crimes, internet crimes, sex offenses, homicide, forfeiture and other felony and misdemeanor offenses.
He has both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. He is a former Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He is a statewide President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He served on the Executive Council of the Orange County Bar Association for 10 years and was appointed by the Governor to the Judicial Nominating commission of the Ninth Judicial Circuit where he also served as Chairman from 1996-1997. He currently serves on the Florida Bar Board of Governors.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Orange and Seminole County Bar Associations.
He has been selected as a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a select group of the country's finest trial attorneys. He has been given the highest ability and ethics rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He was selected through a statewide survey of attorneys as a leading attorney in the area of criminal law, and was selected by the Orlando Business Journal as one of the five best trial lawyers in Orlando.

Our office is centrally located in Winter Park near Orlando, Daytona Beach, Port Canaveral and the Disney attraction area.
