William R. Ponall is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Criminal Appellate Law. Prior to entering private practice, he was a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has over six years of experience in handling State and Federal criminal appeals and other post-conviction matters. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida and the University of Florida College of Law.

Our office is centrally located in Winter Park near Orlando, Daytona Beach, Port Canaveral and the Disney attraction area. We defend the rights of clients accused of crimes in courts throughout Central Florida, including the counties of Orange, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, Polk, Brevard and Osceola.
